Is a cozy environment where individuals receive chakra spa treatments, which provide health and wellness, also allows one to heighten the sense of relaxation.

• All cell phones must be turned off when entering the chakra spa environment
• Spa voices are a must
• Outer shoes are removed and replaced with spa slippers
  

Appointment Policy

We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and therapist for your services.
50% deposit is required on all bookings. No Refunds on deposits. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment, or offer your deposit in the form of a gift certificate.

We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to stop by and pay for your appointment in advance.
When booking appointments Mondays or Tuesdays (The days we're officially closed) there is an added 15% cost.

Before booking please inform us of any certificates or VIP exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel spa appointments.
There is a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 48 hours and 100% charge for no shows. No refunds on deposits, a complimentary would be issued.

Clients with gift cards or certificates that do not show up for appointments or cancel less than 48 hours, will be charged a $25.00 per person cancellation fee.

Gratuities

If you are please with the services you have received, it is customary to give a10% to 15% gratuity to each of your therapists.

Guest must be at least 16 years of age, unless other wise pre arranged.

Late Arrivals

We recommend that you arrive at lease 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on your treatment or gladly reschedule you for another day.

The Chakra Spa gift card may also be purchased for a specific dollar amount, no tax included. Our spa coordinators will be happy to help you select the perfect gift for family, friends, clients, coworkers, and that special person.
